Once you have your dress and colour picked out it is time to come and see us. We will show you the best of the season for your wedding. We will pay close attention to your style and design a truly unique bouquet and floral story for your wedding.

Appointments and ContractsPlease email or call to schedule an appointment for your initial consultation so your Wedding Consultant can give you the individual attention you deserve. To enable us to best advise you, we recommend you first select your ceremony and reception locations; securing the date and times. We also recommend you bring photos of your gown, the attendants’ gowns and your wedding day venues so styles, textures and colors may be coordinated to give you the most effective visual presentation possible. A meeting at your venue is also possible.
After the initial conference with your Wedding Consultant, and you have made the deposit listed below, you will receive a copy of your contract, which will specifically outline all flowers, accessories, rentals, and services. We ask you to carefully read the contract and contact us should there be any changes or omissions. Any and all further minor changes can be made up to ten days before your wedding. These changes should be made in person at 19 Melrose Flower Studio and initialed on the wedding contract. Costs resulting from any changes will be debited/credited to the final total of your order.
19 Melrose Flower Studio requires a non-returnable retainer of 30 % of your wedding contract to reserve a specific date and time for your wedding. This fee will be credited to the final total balance due of your wedding flowers. Certain types of rental equipment may require additional refundable deposits, which will be outlined to you at the time of your initial conference.
The final balance of your wedding (reflecting the credit of your initial deposit) is to be paid in full no less than ten calendar days prior to your wedding date by cash or credit card.
